Beth
Beth, who has taught and competed across the UK, Germany, Spain, China, the UAE, and the Netherlands, looks forward to contributing her global experience to our team.
Beth is RAD Ballet, ISTD Modern, ISTD Tap and PBT qualified and offer open classes in lyrical, contemporary, jazz and dance technique.

Irene Zhou
Irene obtained her Bachelor’s degree in Chinese Classical Dance Performance in the United States and has 16 years of dance training and 8 years of teaching experience. In 2014, she won the Silver Award in the Junior Female Division of the Global Chinese Classical Dance Competition.
Since 2013, she has toured worldwide with a U.S.-based performing arts company, and in 2016, she was appointed as the lead dancer. Her performances have reached over 100 cities with more than 800 shows to date. -
Kathryn
Kathryn is a registered RAD examiner with extensive teaching experience, covering students from Grade 1 to Grade 8.
She has achieved Distinction in RAD graded examinations and tailors her lesson plans to each child’s needs, ensuring precise preparation for exam content.
Her professional mock exam coaching helps students overcome nervousness during assessments. Some of her students have even gone on to qualify as RAD Registered Teachers (RTS), embarking on their own professional dance careers. -
Rosalie
Education:
Rosalie began professional dance training at the age of seven and was later admitted with outstanding results to the Dance Choreography program at Shandong University and the Master’s program in Dance Science and Education at the University of Edinburgh. She is currently pursuing a PhD in Dance Studies at the University of Auckland. During her studies, she has participated in multiple international dance exchange conferences and also holds a Chinese Dancers Association Teaching Qualification Certificate.
Teaching Experience:
Rosalie has over five years of teaching experience, working with students of all ages and has taught more than 200 students in total. She has achieved a 100% pass rate in Chinese Dance Grading Exams and a 100% success rate in undergraduate entrance exams for performing arts programs. Her teaching covers early childhood dance, modern dance, classical Chinese dance technique, Chinese ethnic and folk dance, ballet fundamentals, and acrobatic training.
Teaching Philosophy:
Rosalie focuses on tailoring her teaching to the individual needs of each student, designing lessons that align with their unique strengths. She adopts a long-term and sustainable approach to progress, ensuring that her teaching is professional, standardized, and scientifically grounded. -
Lulu
Lulu began her dance training in 2010 at the affiliated middle school of Jiangxi Arts School, where she built a strong technical foundation.
She completed her undergraduate studies in Dance at Huaiyin Normal University. In 2013, she furthered her studies in contemporary dance choreography at Beijing Dance Academy and became a registered instructor with the Beijing Dance Academy grading system.
Achievements:
2018: Served as a tutor and organised a dance performance at Anhui University Student Arts Festival
2019: Led students to win First Place in the China Children’s Lotus Awards Solo Dance Competition
2021–2022: Led students to participate in the National Children’s Spring Festival Gala and was awarded Outstanding Teacher
2024: Students won 1st Place (Duet) at the Movement Dance Competition
2024: Led students to participate in group dance competitions in New Zealand and won 1st Place at the National Dance Challenge (NDC)
2025: Led students to win Champion (Jazz 10+ Division) at the Evolution Oceania Dance League

Joy
Joy holds a Bachelor's degree in Dance Performance from the National Academy of Chinese Theatre Arts and a Master’s degree in Dance Therapy from the University of Auckland.
She integrates extensive experience in Chinese classical dance, folk dance, and acrobatic training with her professional knowledge of dance therapy. Joy is dedicated to guiding students of all levels, helping each individual discover themselves through dance while enhancing both technique and expressive ability.
Achievements:
Joy has achieved outstanding results in the field of dance.

- Third Prize at the 17th Beijing Dance Competition
- Second Prize at the Huabei Five Provinces Dance Competition
- Second Prize at the “Wudong Fengcai” Dance Competition
She was also selected to perform in the prestigious Peach & Plum Cup Dance Exhibition, showcasing her strong technical foundation and competitive excellence.
Joy has performed in dance productions such as “Sunset Glow” and “Qiujin”, captivating audiences with refined technique and expressive artistry.
She has also participated in New Year opera gala performances, using her stage presence and movement to express her passion for the arts and confidence on stage.
